- All the products sold are not refundable.
- Exchange is allowed for normal priced items only (not including sales/ promotion items).
- Only defective items (examples: torn or obvious stains) are allowed to exchange. As such, snapshot of the defective part/s is required as a proof.
- Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.
- Requests for exchange due to size/ fitting reasons will be rejected.
- All the return/ exchanged items must be in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). We reserve the right to reject such return/ exchange if the items are found not in its original condition.
- All return/ exchanged items must be mailed back to our office within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens and colors may be portrayed with slight differences, especially on the brighter hues. Requests for return/ exchange due to such reason will be rejected.
- All the shipping costs for return/ exchange are under buyers own responsibility and are not refundable.
- We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping service or to purchase a shipping insurance if your shipping product is over RM100. Kynora will not take any responsibility on the missing or lost items of your return.
